We are seeking a kaiako to join Te Whare Huia, the Māori Faculty at Diocesan. This is a permanent, full-time role, starting in late March 2025.
Job Description
Currently there are five kaiako that teach at the Senior School. You will be joining a passionate team of people who aspire to deliver a quality learning experience for our students. The successful applicant will have the ability to teach Te Reo Māori and Mātauranga Māori in the Senior School, Year 7-13.
In addition, they will need to be:
• Passionate about teaching young women
• Committed to ensuring a friendly and supportive environment for learning in keeping within the character of the school
• Able to start on the 24th of March 2025 Term 1 (ideally)
