Job Description
This executive leadership role will see you managing multiple business units while guiding the school's campus development and strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in an educational environment while utilizing your diverse business expertise.
Desired Skills and Experience
You will:
Lead a team of 8 across IT, Finance, Property, Shop, and Aquatic Centre
Drive the implementation of the Campus Development Master Plan
Have extensive contractor management skills and oversight of the consent process
Conduct Feasibility Studies and develop business plans for all new initiatives
Provide strategic oversight of procurement, insurance, and compliance
Report directly to the Principal as a key member of the Executive Team
Own and contribute to positive stakeholder management both internally and externally
You will have:
Strategic thinking with proven leadership capabilities
Strong team management skills, engendering a positive and proactive culture within Business and Planning
Strong project management skills and financial acumen
Experience in property management and information systems and a business degree or equivalent qualification are required for this role.
