Diocesan School for Girls is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Principal and help our school run at its best. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine top-level organisation with people skills—keeping operations smooth, events on point, and driving smarter ways of working through process improvement and digitisation.
 

 

Job Description

Your key responsibilities:
•    Provide high-level confidential support to the Principal
•    Lead policy administration and manage travel arrangements
•    Plan and deliver effective meetings and events
•    Oversee logistics—venues, catering, schedules, and minutes
•    Lead and support three direct reports
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation/digitisation
•    Build strong connections across the school community
