Behind every great school is a great team of people and we are looking for a dedicated Senior School Teacher Aide (Years 7-13) to start in Term 1, 2026. You will be working with bilingual students who need support across the curriculum due to language needs. This is a fixed term role, for 20 hours per week, School Term Only, working within the English Language Department. You will be working between the hours of 8.30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, however final hours and days can be negotiated.
Mō te tūranga: About the role
In this role you will be working alongside our teachers to support, inspire and guide our students who have learning differences. We need a person who is well versed in literacy processes and teaching practices and who is a team player with a flexible approach. The ability to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues is vital. Present or past Teacher Aide experience is advantageous coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• good knowledge of literacy and teaching approaches to literacy
• An ability to interpret assessment material and teaching resources to ensure positive academic outcomes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Show professional judgement and diplomacy, along with confidentiality
