We’re seeking a friendly, capable and values-driven Receptionist Administrator to join our Junior School, helping us deliver the high standards and care we are known for.
Job Description
Mō te tūranga: About the role
• As the first person of contact at our Junior School, you will provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all.
• This role has extensive contact with our students aged 3 through to 11 years old, along with visitors, staff and our wider School community.
• You will also be responsible for managing incoming telephone communications, as well general administrative tasks to support our school.
• This is a job share position working 2 days per week, 7.30am till 4.00pm, school term only
Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrator, or in a similar customer facing role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities. The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapts quickly to change
• People-focused with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a flexible, proactive attitude and genuine willingness to help
• Solid computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly and independently
