We’re seeking a capable and values-driven Development Administrator to join our Development Office, supporting fundraising, alumnae engagement, and community initiatives that strengthen Dio now and into the future.
Job Description
Mō te tūranga | About the role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Development team, ensuring systems, communications, and activities run smoothly and professionally. This role is based onsite at our Epsom campus and is part time fixed term for 30-35 hours per week for 12 months.
You will:
Provide administrative support across development, fundraising, and engagement activities
Maintain accurate records and databases, including donor and alumnae information
Support the coordination of events, communications, and stakeholder activities
Build strong working relationships across the School and with external partners
Bring a positive, proactive, and organised approach to your daily work

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (or a related field)
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
Confidence using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
