Job Description
Mō te tūranga: About the role
• Oversee the implementation and administration of the IB programme (Years 11–13)
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with IB standards and expectations
• Support and guide teachers in planning, assessment, and reporting for the IB
• Assist students in understanding and meeting IB programme requirements
• Monitor student progress and provide advice and pastoral support as required
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for continuous programme improvement. Role comes with 1 Management Unit.
