Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role
We are seeking an inspiring and committed History Teacher to join our exceptional teaching team. You'll be starting at the beginning of Term 3 2026. In this full-time role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape student learning in a supportive, well-resourced, and future-focused environment where ideas are valued, student wellbeing is prioritised, and excellence is a shared goal.
We offer students a dual pathway with NCEA and International Baccalaureate with our junior year levels completing the Middle Years Programme (MYP). MYP teaching experience is desirable, but not essential.
You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy creating an environment where students and teachers can thrive. You’ll be practical, resourceful, and confident managing multiple tasks in a busy school setting.

Desired Skills and Experience

•    Passion for History
•    Skilled to teach Social Studies at junior high school level (Years 7-10) and to teach History at the senior level (Year 11- 13)
