We have a couple of casual opportunities for talented teachers to join our wonderful Junior School relief team.
Our relief teachers are a small, dedicated group who know our girls and our school well. They step in when needed, and their reliability and familiarity make all the difference. We have a couple of vacancies in this team — could this be the right fit for you?
Job Description
We are seeking relief teachers for:
Foundation Class — supporting the education and care of 3 and 4 year olds in our licensed early childhood centre. We are looking for a New Zealand registered Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for early learning. When required hours are 7.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Junior School (Years 1–6) — covering classes across our junior school. We are looking for a New Zealand registered and experienced, primary trained classroom teacher. When called hours are generally 7.45 am to 3.00 pm.
Desired Skills and Experience
You will be:
Passionate about teaching young girls
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative
Qualified and New Zealand registered (ECE or primary, depending on the role)
Committed to fostering a friendly and supportive learning environment
A collaborative team player who values a collegial and considerate workplace
